Hi,
Got to this link from Khairul's Blog.

Don't worry bro, as I understand Islam and by what that has already been researched before, if you repent and try your best not to engage in Sodomy or whatever Physical love with another man, you will be pardoned.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homosexuality_and_Islam#Rulings_in_the_Islamic_Law

God did give the people of Sodom a chance before he laid down his wrath on them. That simply means any mistake is forgivable if that individual is sincere about repenting.

That includes adultery, sodomy or even stealing. :D

Take care.

Hello bro,

In regards to you justification, I think leading a gay lifestyle is fine, as long as the sexual intimacy part is left out (limitations of religion).

I didn't say "jihad" had to be confined to the "emerging out of the phase". We all know, that even straight men, or for that fact, everyone have to go through their own battles respectively to suppress their desires.

While a man and a woman can get together later in life, two gay men, legally and religiously, wouldn't be able to. Such is the fabric of our society and our religion. This, in my opinion, is the real "jihad" on top of all the others.

I wish you all the best brother. Yes, brother, I don't care what you are outside, you're still a brother-in-Islam to me. It's been worthwhile engaging in this discussion, you've certainly cleared some of my doubts and I bet, others' doubts as well. Stay true.
